Our zoning checks don't cover conservation areas or districts, and they don't account for additional approvals that may be required from other authorities.
We support common residential permit types, but specialty and less common applications may not be available through our tool yet.
Site plans may not be 1:1, since we approximate calculations using LIDAR data. A survey contains the most accurate measurements of your property.
We currently support Aurora.
