Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what Simple Permits collects when you use this site, and what we do with it.

When you enter a property address, we save it in your browser's local storage, along with the parcel and zoning information we look up for that address, so you can return to your project later. The address and a short opaque session id are also sent to our server so we can fetch that parcel data on your behalf and cache the result for your session.

We don't require an account. We don't ask for your name, email, password, or payment information.

To look up parcel and zoning data for the address you enter, we query Esri's ArcGIS service through our server. We share only what's needed to perform the lookup.
